Posted “SALE” Signs
Signs advertising a home for sale, yard sale, and the like posted at both entrances of the neighborhood should be placed on the opposite side of the road from the BRIDLE BROOK FARMS sign nearest the stop sign. Should these signs not be posted on the proper side of the road, they will be removed. An exception will be made on Sundays to allow signs advertising an OPEN HOUSE to be placed on the side of the road nearest the BRIDLE BROOK FARMS sign through the time of the Open House. Once the Open House has ended, these signs are to promptly be removed.


All signs must be professionally done and not more than one square foot. In the event of advertising property for sale/rent or signs used by a builder to advertise property during construction and sale period, one sign of not more than five square feet of advertising shall be allowed. (Plat Restriction #13)
