Dear Valued Resident,
The Bridle Brook Farms HOA Board voted to raise the current dues to $250.00 a year starting January 2009.
Please note the dues will be due January 30th, 2010 in the amount of $250.00.
We do offer a split payment option, $125 will be due on January 31st while the remaining $125 will become due on July 31, 2010.
Everyone has a five day grace period for late fees. If your dues are not received by February 5, 2010 for the first installment, a late fee of $50 will be assessed to your total amount due. If no payment has been received by February 15th, your account will be turned over to the HOA's attorneys who will then begin the legal process to collect payment from you. If your second payment is not received after the five day grace period, August 5th, 2010, a second late fee of $50 will be assessed to your total amount due and your account will be turned over to the HOA's attorneys who will then begin the legal process to collect payment from you.
Dues can be paid in two ways. Residents can either pay via check and send that check to:

Or you can pay via Paypal on the Bridle Brook website at http://mybridlebrook.org/dues.aspx Everyone who lives in Bridle Brook Farms is responsible for paying their individual Home Owners Dues. These dues go towards a variety of expenses, most notably electrical power, lawn upkeep, and various projects that beautify and benefit the Bridle Brook neighborhood.
