Each member of the Homeowners Association pays assessments or dues. The dues are used to pay the expenses of the community. This allows an individual homeowner access to amenities (pond, pool, clubhouse, playground, etc.) that they may not be able to afford on their own.
Bridle Brook Farm's dues are $250.00 per year.
