Each member of the Homeowners Association pays assessments or dues. The dues are used to pay the expenses of the community. This allows an individual homeowner access to amenities (pond, pool, clubhouse, playground, etc.) that they may not be able to afford on their own.

Bridle Brook Farm's dues are $250.00 per year. 

 * Dues will stay the same for the year 2012 ... $250 for the year or it can be broken down into two payments of $125, one due in Feb. 15 and one due in June.

If you have not paid dues in 2011, your account is now considered delinquent. Please contact nhughes465@aol.com if you have not paid dues in 2011.
