The ARB exists so that Bridle Brook Farms can remain an awesome place to live. Anyone wishing to make external changes to their property must, by law, meet the Home Owners Association Requirements and submit a request before initiating work. The most common changes are fences, storage sheds, carports and additions. The request is then reviewed by the ARB.

Note - the ARB enforces Bridle Brook Farms guidelines. But, it is up to you to make sure you meet any permit requirements.
